Price conditions for online consulting (chat, Signal)
Consultation on the answer published in our legal advisory section.
If you want additional clarification or specific advice on a question published in our legal advice section, the price for the advice is as follows:
advice via chat and Signal or Skype app (in text mode): 40 EUR for a 20-minute consultation
advice via the Signal or Skype app (telephone call via the internet, VoIP): 96 EUR for a 30-minute consultation.
Payment is made per counselling period started. The time starts from the moment we send you the First Answer. We therefore recommend that you formulate your question (especially in text communication) precisely enough from the start (please provide all relevant details and describe your situation in sufficient detail).

Payment is always due in full in advance.

* You will find the question code under the question title (next to the picture). Please enter the same first and last name that you will use to identify yourself at the beginning of the consultation. We need your permanent residence so we know who to issue the tax document to.
Consultation on another question
If you want a consultation on a question that is not published in our legal advice section, we recommend that you use the contact form for an email consultation, in which you can describe the problem and include the necessary attachments. We will then make you an offer for such a consultation, which we will provide either by e-mail or by appointment via our chat or the Signal app, or by other video chat or classic telephone call.
